Delivery & On-Site Stacking - Done Properly

Professional Delivery - Not Drop-and-Go

Every delivery is handled as a placement service — not a curbside drop.

Firewood is carried to the exact location where you store or burn it, whether that’s beside a garage, along a fence line, on a porch, or at a cottage woodshed.  The goal is simple: you shouldn’t have to move wood twice.

Stacked Where You Actually Use It

We stack where the wood will be used, not where it’s easiest to unload.  This reduces daily handling, keeps storage areas organized, and makes winter access safer and more convenient.  If you have a preferred layout or stacking pattern, we follow it.

Why Bagged Firewood Matters

Bagged firewood keeps deliveries clean, controlled, and consistent.

There’s no loose bark, debris, or pile collapse during delivery, and bag counts allow you to track exactly how much wood you’re receiving.

It also protects wood quality from loading to final placement.  We track every delivery by bag count and cubic feet so you always know exactly how much wood you received.

Delivery Scheduling

Most new customers come to us through neighbours, friends, or local referrals — so reliability and clear communication matter.

We schedule deliveries directly so we can make sure you get the right wood, delivered at the right time, and stacked exactly where you need it.

Because orders aren’t pushed through automated checkout, we can confirm access, stacking location, and any special details before delivery day. That helps avoid surprises and keeps everything running smoothly.

We group deliveries by neighborhood and area to keep routes efficient and timing predictable. During colder stretches or peak season, timing can tighten — but we always communicate expected timing ahead of arrival.

If you have timing preferences or access notes, just let us know when you place your order and we’ll factor it into the route plan.

Ready to Schedule a Delivery

Tell us how you plan to use your firewood and we’ll recommend the right option. Orders are placed directly by text or email so we can confirm availability, routing, and stacking details before delivery.

Most new customers come to us through neighbors, friends, or local referrals — so reliability and clear communication matter.  Most deliveries take place in areas where we already serve multiple homes.
